You can select your shipping method during the checkout process.

Orders over $149 ship for free. We use Canada Post Regular Parcel for Free Shipping within Canada and Tracked packet for Free shipping to the USA.

For orders below $149, shipping will be charged.

We use Canada Post and customer can choose during checkout what Canada Post service to use.

Free shipping applies to all destinations except for those considered “far away areas” which are typically the Northern regions. For those regions there might be a small surcharge. In case there is a surcharge, you will see it in your cart during the ordering process.
We don't ship to PO Boxes
Expected delivery date is just and estimate. This date is not guaranteed and will continue to be updated as your item travels to its destination.
We only ship within Canada and to the USA
Orders are shipped on business days only. We don't ship on weekends or Canadian federal holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once you place your order and it is approved, you will receive an order reception confirmation email.
Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can easily track your parcel. Just login into your account and under the “Track my Order” tab you can follow the delivery progress. You will need your order number and the email you used to register in our shop.
